The shipping method will be determined by our shop and, as a general rule, customers cannot choose the method.


<Delivery time>
After placing your order, we will confirm the delivery date and discuss the shipping date.


<Regarding damage during delivery>
When packing, we take great care to ensure that the outer box is not dented or scratched before preparing for shipping.
However, there is a possibility that some trouble may occur during transportation after delivery to the delivery company, or damage due to the delivery company's responsibility. We ask for your understanding that dents and scratches on the outer box may be acceptable, provided they do not interfere with the use of the main unit.
